Andromeda's Edge: Escalation Expansion provides pieces for a 5th player, 3 new factions (Darkstar Acolytes, Nebulon Cloudpeople and Krawln), a new raider (The Void Drake), the Shadows of the Void event deck, a new special region known as the Nethervoid, Relic modules, Ancient moons, 4 new ship upgrade tiles and a robust solo mode that can be played in 1-3 player games.
